What's changing with CTP Insurance?
Currently, your CTP insurer is chosen for you, but from 1 July 2019 when your policy is due for renewal you can choose your own CTP insurer from the list of four Government-approved insurers.
How much does CTP cost?
Your premium is shown on your registration notice. Learn more about CTP Insurance premiums.
Who can make a CTP claim after an accident?
Anyone who's injured in an accident can make a claim (except the driver who caused the accident). That could be a driver, motorcyclist, cyclist, passenger or pedestrian. If the vehicle at fault has CTP Insurance with us, our specialised team help injured people get access to treatment and care so they can get better sooner. Learn more about CTP claims.
Where do I go to renew my registration online?
Renew your CTP online at EzyReg.
What happens if I sell my vehicle?
Your CTP Insurance stays with the vehicle so, if you sell it, the CTP Insurance will be transferred to the new owner.
