We insure all the things tenants use at the rental property, that you as the landlord own. In a strata title development, this includes fixtures and fittings not owned or insured by the owners corporation or body corporate.

If you are a landlord and your tenants cannot live in your rental property because it is being repaired as a result of an insured incident, we pay you the rent you lose.
