How to make a Boat Insurance claim

When you call
When you call, please have the following information available:
- Your registration number
- Your policy number if you have it
- The driver's details
- An incident report number from the police (if they were involved)
- The other party's details if relevant

- Once you have a quote, you will be asked to forward it to the claims department along with any digital photos, if available.
- Our experienced claims assessors will then determine if the claim can be settled by a digital assessment, or if a specialised assessor will need to do an inspection.
